These General Conditions of Purchase regulate the commercial relationship between Petfect (hereinafter, \"Petfect\" or \"we\") and the user making a purchase on the website (hereinafter, \"the Customer\"). By placing an order, the Customer declares to have read and accepted these Conditions in their entirety.

02Products and Availability
Petfect offers specialized pet cleaning products through its online catalog. All items are subject to stock availability. In case an item is unavailable after order confirmation, Petfect will inform the Customer immediately and refund the full amount paid for it.
Product images are for illustrative purposes and slight variations in color or size from the actual product may occur due to screen calibration or manufacturer improvements.
03Pricing and Taxes
The prices shown on the website are in Euros (€) and include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT). Shipping fees will be itemized in the order summary before checking out. Petfect reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but completed orders will not be subject to price adjustments.

07Right of Withdrawal & Returns

08Legal Warranties
All our products carry a 3 year legal conformity warranty for manufacturing defects or quality compliance issues, starting from the delivery date. For non-conforming items, the Customer may request a repair, replacement, or refund by contacting us at petfectclean@gmail.com.
09Limitation of Liability
Petfect's total liability to the Customer for any claim arising from the purchase is limited to the total amount paid by the Customer for that specific order. Petfect is not responsible for indirect damages or losses from product misuse.
10Dispute Resolution
For any claim or support query, the Customer can contact us at petfectclean@gmail.com. We commit to reply within 5 business days. 11Modifications of Terms
Petfect reserves the right to modify these Conditions at any time. The conditions applicable to any order will be those in force on the date the Customer places the order.
12Post-Purchase Offers (One Time Offer - OTO)
During checkout, the Customer may consent to securely save their payment details via Stripe. This enables them to purchase exclusive post-purchase special offers (OTO) with a single click, authorizing automatic charges for the offer without having to re-enter card numbers. This consent is entirely optional and can be revoked at any time by sending an email to petfectclean@gmail.com.
