01Order Processing
Once payment is confirmed, orders are processed and prepared for shipping at our distribution centers in 1 to 3 business days. During this period, products are verified, quality checks are run, packaging is completed, and packages are handed over to the courier.
You will receive a purchase confirmation email and, subsequently, a second email containing your tracking details as soon as the package is dispatched.
02Shipping Times & Methods
We partner with reliable logistics networks to offer secure shipping with tracking. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Important Note: Estimated delivery times start from the actual shipment date, not the purchase date. The processing time of 1 to 3 business days is additional.
03Shipping Costs
Shipping fees (if applicable) are clearly displayed during checkout prior to payment. Petfect offers free shipping on all orders exceeding the minimum purchase threshold prominently shown in the store.
04Order Tracking
As soon as your package ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can track your package on public tracking sites like 17track.net or on the assigned courier's portal (Correos, DHL, DPD, etc.). Note that the tracking code may take 2 to 5 days to show transit updates. This is normal.
05Customs & Duties
For orders shipped within the European Union under β¬150 (VAT included), VAT is declared and processed at checkout, so no additional customs duties will apply. For orders outside the EU or special imports, any destination customs fees, duties, or local taxes will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
06Delivery Delays
Petfect is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, postal strikes, bad weather, shipping address errors, or peak demand periods (such as Black Friday or Christmas). If your delivery is significantly delayed, please contact us at petfectclean@gmail.com.
07Undelivered & Returned Packages
If a package is returned to our warehouse due to customer error (e.g. incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or rejection of package), the customer covers any reshipping fees. If a refund is requested instead, original shipping costs will be deducted from the total.
08Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some of our associated couriers have limitations regarding delivery to P.O. Boxes. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box, please check with us or verify the courier's policy before placing your order. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by these limitations.
